Hot tip : Person Moves to another Organization

It's very common for clients we work with to move from  one organization we work with to another. When this happens it seems bet to  add a note to the end of that person's name in the original person record (Went to XYZ)  because if you move that original record the deals will follow.

    Really? I can't move a person to another company? That's bad design. It's a really common scenario and bread and butter for Salesforce.
