I've recently joined a SaaS payments business and inherited Pipedrive as a CRM. Very impressed so far and have begun to invest more and more time building to automate as much as possible. I've recently added Docusign which we will be testing this week. One area we're exploring is the ability to onboard customers using a tool that is integrated with Pipedrive. Does anyone have any experience of this or have any suggestions?

    Hey Mark, 

    It really depends on what your onboarding process looks like

     

    Are you looking at it in terms of sending emails? 

    Regarding Documents - Check out PandaDoc, its much better integrated into Pipedrive.

    Yes, I'm curious as well. Are you talking about walk me type onboarding tutorials in app or are you talking about normal CRM type activities?
