I am sending follow up emails and group emails to save time for my boss, it is probably better if the replies come back to her if i get replies or questions that are too technical for me to answer

@Sam Harley best and quickest option is just to set a rule in your email client (so outside of Pipedrive) where responses to your emails with for example specific topics get auto forwarded to your boss her email address.
