Adding products in a Deal to the Invoice

I have created a Deal with multiple Products in it.  I have closed the Deal, and now want to generate the Invoice.  My account is connected to QuickBooks.  I was expecting that the invoice will auto-populate the Products, but that is not the case.  Is there any way to auto-populate the products and amount as line items for the invoice.

    We use the API and Zapier integration to pull this info through.
