Reason for loss not display
I've just use this workflow automation :
- When an opportunity is moved to the "lost" pipeline stage, the status of the offer is updated to "lost".
There is an issue with this automation : when I manualy change the status from open to lost, I can fill in the reasons for loss thanks to a pop-up message. When the opportunity is defined as lost thanks to the automation, Pipedrive don't ask for the reasons for loss.
Is this something that also happens to you?
