Synchronized Outlook Account

Hello everybody,
i need help. My E- mail account doesn´t sync with Pipedrive. When i re-authenticate my email adress, it shows an error message.
What is the next step?

Vladimir from Pipedrive management team is here to help.
Unfortunately there is a variety of reasons the email sync would be unable to connect and it would be impossible to troubleshoot here on the community forum.
I would suggest to try:
- Reconnect by pressing "add new connection" rather then "reauthenticate" button: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/f7XKjY . Then try to insert test@test.com as your email address in the first window that pops up - that will allow you to choose the provider and, re-insert the correct email address as well as password for your email again.
- If that does not help or you have 2FA enabled on your Outlook account - you can try creating and app password and connect to Pipedrive using that.
