2-way relationships between Contacts

Hi @Roadmap Tech & @Customer Success teams,

 

Declaring Company A as “Parent Org” to Company B automatically makes Company B its “Branch”.

This is a 2-way relationship. This is cool!

 

Here's my issue:

Managers have Secretaries.

I’m interested in having a 2-way relationship between Contact A and Contact B.

So that when I declare that A is B’s Manager, B becomes A’s “Assistant” or “Direct report”.

Setting up a custom Contact field only provides a 1-way relationship.

 

What do you suggest?

    Hi Vincent,

    +1 for this functionality.
    I regret that Pipedrive doesn't allow 2 way connections between contacts, companies, etc.

    And that's why so many people decide to move on Notion or Folk.app.
    Even if they don't offer all the functionalities of a CRM.
