2-way relationships between Contacts
Hi @Roadmap Tech & @Customer Success teams,
Declaring Company A as “Parent Org” to Company B automatically makes Company B its “Branch”.
This is a 2-way relationship. This is cool!
Here's my issue:
Managers have Secretaries.
I’m interested in having a 2-way relationship between Contact A and Contact B.
So that when I declare that A is B’s Manager, B becomes A’s “Assistant” or “Direct report”.
Setting up a custom Contact field only provides a 1-way relationship.
What do you suggest?

+1 for this functionality.
I regret that Pipedrive doesn't allow 2 way connections between contacts, companies, etc.
And that's why so many people decide to move on Notion or Folk.app.
Even if they don't offer all the functionalities of a CRM.1 -

I will try them, and if similar relational functions support "by design" we will consider switching. It is an important feature for us more than any other.
People at Pipedrive, please put more emphasis on these relational functions of contacts, (multiple, multi-level, 2-way) linking of contacts and companies
