You should indeed be able to sync your Outlook email with Pipedrive, and I am sorry to hear you are having issues with it. Would you be able to reach out to our support team with the steps already taken and a full window screenshot to illustrate the point you are at right now?
You can do so by navigating to the question mark, on the top right corner, and choosing the option to Talk to us. Alternatively, you can email us at support@pipedrive.com0 -
