    Hey there @Serena Wobus !

    Sorry for my tardy response here - but if you're referring to the pop-up we delivered in-app that was through Intercom. 

    We use Vidyard to host our video content and that's what enables the auto-play while muted 

    But let me know if I misunderstood at all.
