Email synchronizing for the past 15 days

Hi everyone! Happy to join this community!
I'd like my email to synchronize correctly but it still loading for the past 15 days (as you can see in the screenshot)
What wan I do please? 🙌
I would like also Pipedrive to match automatically new professional email I sent via gmail, and had them to the company automatically, is it possible?
