how do i have emails sent from a marketing company captured / duplicated in Pipedrive?

how do i capture and opened and /or emails that respond?

Hi @patrick christmas 

You need to make sure that the marketing tool you use can sync to Pipedrive. Either has a direct integration or for example via Zapier.

Emails can then sync to Pipedrive. In Pipedrive we also have email tracking and you can see in your inbox who responded.
