Uploading to my pipeline within an organization

in my organization, we have many different Pipelines, for different departments, when I upload a spreadsheet and assign all fields, the upload is assigned to a Sales admin person in a different department (it is a lengthy process to get this reassigned to me or my team, How do I upload my Excel spreadsheet and have it assigned to my pipeline directly?
