    I will try to contact the support too. But it would be better, if the solution would be published to the community to avoid repeating the same question again and again.

    Hi @Marco Nipkow!

    In this case, I did not find us to have a general problem, so every case should be looked into separately. Our Support team can check settings and if needed investigate further to verify the root cause for specific account.
