Will hitting reply forward the original email?

Help!  I am fairly new to Pipedrive and and struggling with simple things like how to send a quick follow-up email on top of the original email.  HItting Reply doesnt seem to send the original too although they appear as connected in pipedrive.

    Mine includes the original! After you hit reply, do you see the three dots under your signature? For me, that expands the full thread of email(s).

    Hi Meg,

    Thank you for reaching out -  I checked my emails and I do not have 3 dots under my name.  Just to recap,  I selected the email I sent originally, hit reply all, wrote the new email and blind copied myself - when I received it  - it did not have the original email attached.  Do you know if there is something in settings that controls this?

    Hmm, I don't see anything in my settings that would relate to this. From the timeline, I just click the reply button. Hopefully, a Pipedrive CM can confirm about a setting?
