Price Confirmation Feature Request

We have defined our products and their variations to the system with their prices. Is there a feature to send for manager approval if our sales team enters there less than the price given for the product?

    We have developed a Price Exception feature that allow you to set this kind of condition.
    The manager will receive the request by email and i can approve or reject it directly.

    How can we activate this feature and how can we use it? Can you help me?
