Trouble with Google Drive

Yellow error screen appeared (11998914:7841586)
Is the error I see in my screen.
My Google Drive is linked with my PD account, I use it to make sale documents. Now it's not linked anymore and it won't link for a couple of days now. I keep getting the image below.
I deleted al off the cookies and website history.
What can I do? Can anyone help me
