Live Chat - Offline Option!

It would be so great to have an offline option with the chatbot / live chat. Something as simple as selecting your operational hours so that during these times, your users are met with an automated message explaining that you're offline, leave an email and we'll get back to you.

At the moment, the only way to do this is to have 2x different Playbooks set up and have them switch on / off.

    Co-signed! I really would like to set up a schedule so that between these times the live chat is always on. Out of this schedule it's not and thus the live chat is not available. This will make it much easier to use on autopilot.
