Set Goals for a Custom Field

Can anyone help on how to set a company goal for a custom Deal field?
We have a field called 'Annual Value' on our deals so we can record the annual value of business a deal could pull in. We want our Goals to track this 'Annual Deal Value'

We'd love to be able to have the Annual Value reflected on the Value field, not the Total Contract Value
