Emails sent within outlook, tracked in Pipedrive
Pipedrive's email composition always results in my messages being weirdly formatted. It's not a good look as an introduction to a prospect.
There are plenty of email automation products that allow tracking when sent through their campaigns, but is there a way to simply send an email within Outlook, have it tracked by a 3rd party, and see the read receipts within Pipedrive.
Any help would be appreciated.
