Is it possible to determine who opened your email using Email Tracking?

If I send an email to a customer with a colleague in copy, does Pipedrive only track the direct message recipients open rate? Or will Pipedrive also track if my colleague opened the email?

I have email tracking where the email has been opened once, but I don't know if it's my colleague that opened the email or the customer. 

Also, is there a way to do location based email tracking?

    @Jennifer if you're cc'ing a colleague in an email, Pipedrive will tell you how many times the email is opened but will not be able to tell you which recipient opened the email.
