Comment envoyer un mail ou une notif teams quand l’échéance d'une activité est dépassée ?

Bonjour à tous,

sauriez-vous comment envoyer automatiquement une notif de relance ou un mail quand l'échéance d'une activité est dépassée, donc non traitée dans les délais ?

    Hi @Franck the way to do that is creating a filter with that date or that condition and then create a workflow that triggers when a deal goes in the filter. Is the same way to send a birthday mail to customers. Let me know if you need help!

    merci pour ta réponse mais sauf erreur de ma part ta méthode ne permet pas de générer ce filtre dans un scenario pour automatiser, dans le cas contraire te serait il possible de me faire une capture écran s'il te plait ? en te remerciant par avance.

    PS : l'équipe de Pipedrive m'a indiqué qu'il n'était pas possible à ce jour d'effectuer une notification de relance ou un mail quand l'échéance d'une activité est dépassée et non traitée, ils ont remonté ma demande à leurs développeurs? Suis-je le seul à avoir ce type de besoin ? ;)

    It's a bit crazy but it should works. 

    Basically make a filter where the add date is not the due date :), so every day it should show you overdue tasks for that specific day. 

    Create a workflow where there is this filter on activities and then activate a trigger every time an activity goes on in it and finally send an email. Let me know if it works. See a screenshot about filter for activities.

    merci beaucoup pour tes réponses. hélas cela ne fonctionne pas,  j'ai contacté Pipedrive qui m'a dit que ma demande est en cours de test des développeurs. j’espère que la mise à jour sera en production très vite. suis-je le seul à avoir ce type de besoin ? ;)
