    You can create a Custom field as "Organization type" and then add it to details of deal. 
    So in this way you can add more than one organization to the same deal.

    So, juts for clarification: I add a custom field "related organisation" of type "organisation" to deal/lead. But then I can add just one extra organisation. But how can I connect multiple instances of that field to my lead- e.g. like I can add multiple eMails to a contact?
