Unable to Delete Deals permanently

We are trying to sanitize the PipeDrive and deleted old and unqualified deals. However, the deals are shown as deleted deals and not been removed from the system. As an Admin I have tried all the 3 ways of deletion mentioned in the Knowledge Base. I face an error and unable to delete these deals permanently. 

Kindly advice.

    Hello @Priya Gopal ,

     

     At the moment there is indeed a limitation in regards to being able to delete items permanently in the User Interface. I would recommend reaching out to our support team, as they will be able to help you with this query.

    I have talked to Pipedrive in 2019 and 2020 about this missing feature - being able to permanently delete deals, activities, notes, contacts etc would be really nice, especially with the heightened attention to GDPR.
