Reports have all suddenly stopped working

Yesterday I created a bunch of reports/graphs - this morning they have all gone blank.  I tried to created a vanilla new report, again it is showing no data.  I have looked at users activity to see if someone changed something but no-one has.  I cannot think why these are not working and wonder if anyone has had this experience?  Any suggested fixes? Feels like a server side issue?
