SENT EMAILS LOST (like socks in a dryer)

Some sent emails are not reaching destinations, nor are they appearing in the Sent, Draft or Outbox folders. 

Most emails go through, but then it seems as though emails with PDF attachment are the only ones getting lost in the abyss.  

Using MS Outlook. It's synced and working properly. 

Anyone else experienced/experiencing this issue?

    We have started to see this bug too. Unfortunate since we're only about 2 months into using Pipedrive and this is a very key feature.

    Same behaviour: periodically, sent emails just do not send. Customer receives nothing. And often there are attachments involved. 

    We also are using Exchange/Outlook.

    Will do - I just reproduced the problem again.
