What will be your new normal (after this)?

This is not a new normal. It’s a temporary normal. We will get through this.

But the next normal, the actual new normal, won’t look like the old normal.

Some of the pivots companies are making right now will become mainstays in the new normal because they’re better, more efficient, more effective, more useful, perhaps even more profitable.

Some of the ways we’re working, the ways we’re prioritizing and balancing work, personal time, health, family will also become part of the new normal.

So if this is in fact a time of transition, what are you doing now that you want to keep doing later? And what do you want to start doing and keep doing as part of your eventual, actual new normal?
