Custom Fields - Can the default fields be removed/edited?

Hi all, new to Pipedrive here! 

I'm looking to remove a few fields that Pipedrive makes default for leads & deals. Is this possible?

    I think something get mixed up with 3 (default) data fields in the person tab. 

    Probably because an import. 

     

    Can i delete those fields ? The 3 fields are not the standard (email - visible to) .
