Insights for Activity Reporting needs to be able to report on "Call Outcomes"
Support verified that there is no way to report Activities down to the Call Outcome level. Without the ability to report on Call Outcomes, all calls are just calls.
KPI's for our ISRs (Insides Sales Reps) are based on Dials, Conversations and Appointments set.
How can we get this with Pipedrive?

Hello @Pat Cooley, this is indeed not possible within Pipedrive as of right now but it is we will be implementing in the near future. I will also submit this as feedback internally to give it more visibility and to show awareness that this is something that is missing.
As of right now, if this is really really necessary for you, the outcome can be extracted via API. If you have any developers at your disposal they will be able to help you extract it by using our API endpoints which you can find here, and our documentation is here.
Here's an example of what it looks like - https://sharing.pipedrive.com/L2K8nj.

Helio,
I appreciate you responding and agreeing to promote this internally.
I don't have programmers, but there is another work around that I believe will work but its a hack with other consequences.Workaround:
Create multiple Activity Types and add an additional Call Activity Type to match up with each call outcome.
- Call-Appointment Set
- Call-Conversation
- Call-Chat
- Call-Left Voicemail
- Call-No Answer
- Call-Wrong Number
The consequences of this are:
- It has to be recorded separately from the Call Outcomes that are already built in
- It adds a lot of activity types to select from and by default they only show icons until you hover over it and there aren't really icons that clearly match up and represent those Call Outcomes well
- The Activity Report can show # of activities within each of these types, but it doesn't have the ability to see these activities as a total call # and a % of each outcome type. Basically we lose the very intelligence and insights that a good database should offer
any thoughts?

This is becoming a real drawback for us.
When you say 'near future' can you advise, is this something 1 month, 3 months or 6+ months away?

How close is this to implementation?
