Help with automation - can a deal be "looked up" to extract data?
Hello Pipedrive forums, this is my first post!
I'm working on building out Pipedrive to support reaching out to MANY clients to add them to a call generation/ad campaign.
I am using an existing deal as a "master deal", and want to use the deal ID to look up the deal. I am thinking about adding the deal ID to a different lead/deal, which would trigger an automation to find details on the master deal (with the ID) to be able to copy/fill into the selected item.
Is this possible?

Unfortunately, our automations do not do lookups. What the automation can do is grab all the info from the item that triggered it.
For lookups, I would recommend using Zapier.
