Converting multiple leads to a deal and stage in your pipeline

Why can we not move multiple leads from our lead inbox to a stage in one of our pipelines? This would be much easier than converting each lead to a deal one by one.

    You can export the leads and reimport them as deals if you really need to do it in bulk....
