create activities according to one date ?

Hi, i'm looking to automate some feature of my workflow.
basically, i have a closing date for my sale. once i setup the closing date, i need a few activities to be created according to that date :
One activity 2 week prior
One activity 1 month afer
One activity 1 year later
One activity 4 years and 8 months later
Is there a way to setup in such a way that those date will be calculated automatically ?

 

 

Also : any ways to copy / export-import workflow from one pipedrive account to another ?

    #1 -- You can do it with activity types + automations

    #2 -- There is no way to copy the workflows from one pipedrive account to another at the moment.
