We use phone.com because the set-up is HIPAA compliant. I read the articles on all the different ways we can call out of PipeDrive and I think it would fall under "Make VOIP calls from Pipedrive" but it looks a little complicated to set-up so I didn't want to go on a "wild goose chase" if someone already knows it works (or doesn't work).

That is what I was looking at. I can't figure out how to make it work with phone.com but maybe I can get some help with that process somewhere.
