Does anyone know if you can edit your reason of a lost deal... i would like to be more organized.

    Hey Christina!

    You can create a list of predefined Lost reasons in Company Settings. This is a great way to stay organized, track, and report on why you lose deals.

    And yes, you can also go back and edit the reason of any Lost deals if necessary.

    How do you edit the reason of a Lost deal? I can't seem to find this.

    Hey Christina,

    no sure if this is still relevant but 

    - select "all lost deals" and then display those in "list" view.

    - make the "lost reason" column visible.

    you may then edit those "lost reasons"
