Hi we have a problem that on one of our deals only the original criator can see all details but the rest of the users ccant see it any ideas?

I would suggest it could be the visibility of the deal itself, which is set here: 

 

When creating a deal, make sure this is set to the correct value:

Depending on which tier of Pipedrive you are on you will have different options here but the same thing can be achieved - just the owner, or other users on the account.
