New to Pipedrive. Any idea when I create a new activity that I receive multiple email notifications for a single activity? In this case, the activity was created manually, not through Workflow Automation.
Are you saying you want to receive multiple notifications or you'd like to reduce the number you receive?

Sorry. Should have been more clear. I want to eliminate receiving duplicate emails for the same activity. I had it set to receive my activity emails at 7 am each day. I get 3 for the same activity, which was just a follow up call I added manually.

Without seeing the settings it could relate to this:
If you have an activity set in a deal, the activity is automatically linked to the person and organisation related to the deal.
So if you are set to receive notifications for all three, you will likely receive three.
I would guess that the notifications each refer to a person, deal, and organisation?
Test setting this to just 'deals' and see if it solves the problem.
I had the same problem. It has something to do with the current Sales Assistant. Support said switching to the New Sales Assistant version Beta (but near completion) would solve the problem. Will get the switch on Monday 6/14/21 and see how it goes.

The good news is that by converting to the Sales Assistant-notifications I have stopped getting 2 emails daily showing the next days activities.
The bad news is that I am no not getting any emails daily showing the next days activities. Not a huge deal on my end because I am a 1 man company. For the rest of you it this may be a big deal.
