Is there a way to track forms on a website, especially with tag manager?

We build hundreds of website using SilverStripe and are hoping to have clients forms which are built within the CMS tracked easily. With other systems we could just copy and past a piece of code and in the finish text/code of the form.

This way we can also create different 'forms' in the CRM and then see how many people complete that form on their website.
