Extraction of contact details

Is there a way I can extract all of my contacts & their email addresses on to a spreadsheet?

    Go to contacts, people, then using the gear in the upper right of the grid choose the columns you want to see like email address. Then in the further upper right click the 3 dot ellipsis and choose export filter results.
