Pipedrive Automations NOT Working!

I would love some assistance in what’s going on Pipedrive don’t care to answer me really on facebook or email support. Spending £99 a month on the highest plan and set automations and they have stopped working. Everything is switched on but some reason they have stopped working. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

    Would suggest contacting them using the in app chat support. I haven't noticed any issues with automations. 

     

    In app chat support is your best option.

    Indeed, the best way to approach our support team is via chat or email ([email protected]); we do not offer active support on Facebook. I did not find any email sent to us but can see you were already in touch with one of our Support Agents via chat and she was able to check needed automations further! If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out via chat again!

    What seems to be not working? Can you maybe post a screenshot of the automation you are trying to have running?
