Live Chat Help

I have created a chatbot but when I created it I did not format it for live chat. I see in the knowledge center it says I can add the live chat function to my existing template, and I am following the directions as explained in the article but the live bot function is not showing up. Any tips on how to make this work? I really dont want to have to create the thing from scratch again

    If you hit the plus sign to add a module inline of your chatbot you should have the option to select livechat, and thats it.
