I am in the construction industry so we do multiple site visits in a day and I have different sales people and crews, we book from 6-8 weeks out.  We use google calendar right now but I and my team do not care for it.  Any suggestions on a calendar would be appreciated.

    100% suggest you look into https://resourceguruapp.com/ @Rebecca Wallace  Just discovered it and evaluating it as an option for scheduling our landscape crews. Best thing I've found so far and I have done a lot of searching.

    Probably using a 3rd party integration app like zapier or something similar. Linking it with pipedrive wasn't a priority for us though.

    If its pipedrive users you are concerned with scheduling IMO just using the built in activities list and calendar works great synced with either office 365 or google worksapaces. Is there something activities isnt accomplishing for scheduling pipedrive users that you are hoping an external calendar will do?

    For pipedrive users if you set up some good relevant activity types I would think that's your best bet for scheduling users of pipedrive. for people not on pipedrive, maybe production people or crews Resource guru seems like a really great scheduling tool for them.
