You can now change who your emails are coming from and where replies go to by setting up several sender emails.
When should you consider using it?
- You have a joint mailbox to manage customer queries.
- You want your newsletters to come from a more official company email address like news@, rather than an individual.
- You are managing multiple brands, company branches, or offices in different countries and want the right address to appear in the email footer automatically.
