Explain more about your use case. Maybe some people have some suggestions. I too tried several different sales pipeline management solutions back in 2018 before circling back to pipedrive.

I concur - we have numerous prospects for each deal and track via excel. There does not seem to be a way to know when you look up a contact whether they have looked at past deals? Maybe I am just missing something. Tags may be an answer but not a great solution. Interested to hear other thoughts on this.
