E-mail-lists for leads

We need to be able to reach out to many leads in one single process, and follow up the conversation (email open, automatic responses & reminders).

a) Emailing out of the Lead-postbox

b) generate E-mail-lists and send-outs

c) followup on email opening and responses

d) automatic reminders 

EVERYBODY is working around and using pipelines & deals. This leads to a multitude of pipelines, solely to fix your design flaw. At least twice a day, some college will not that your competitors have no problems supplying this feature...
