With Visibility restricted, users duplicating / creating deals for Prospects that already exist.
If Deal visibility is restricted, there's no way to avoid salespeople going after the same prospects.
Either there should be some kind of visibility to search whether something exists without seeing more details, Or... ?

You can track a field under Person called Open Deals. Alternatively, you could automate creating deals for every prospect so that your team doesn't have to second-guess and create duplicate deals.0
