How to receive leads or contacts by e-mail in a single pipedriver email?

I have a chatbot e a callcenter to receive contacts from clients and a want to receive the leads in a single pipedrive email for all users see it. Is it possible?

    @Alex Coura how does your setup now look like? What chatbot are you using and how does it currently send it to you?
