Make Additional Shortcuts / "Quick Actions" available

It would be great if there was the option to program/customize additional shortcuts into Pipedrive. For instance on the leads tab, you have to click the lead and then click to expand any notes within the lead. We would love to add a shortcut that will automatically expand all notes when a lead is open. 

Alternatively, it would be great if there was a backend setting where we could choose to have notes/activities expanded or not by default.

    Not sure what you mean exactly. Looks like the notes are auto-expanded when you click on a contact. Or am I missing something.
