Wishpond Integration Error...

After plugging in API, Wishpond is giving an error about integration. I've gone back and forth with their team for a few weeks and they verified the API is working, but says it's on Pipdrive side.
Has anyone had similar issue with this and what's the best solution?

With Marketplace integrations, we do not have much visibility from our side as they are not built by us.
