Lead nurturing and sales funnel
I have a few questions on lead nurturing / sales funnels.
- How do you categorize your leads in Pipedrive?
- Since there is no 'delayed (scheduled emails) in Pipedrive, how do you manage this bit?

- How do you make sure you let each customer get his desired product/solution? For example a customer might be just looking for the best quality, but another looking for the best price.
