Lead nurturing and sales funnel

Hi All,

I have a few questions on lead nurturing / sales funnels.

  1. How do you categorize your leads in Pipedrive?
  2. Since there is no 'delayed (scheduled emails) in Pipedrive, how do you manage this bit?
  3. I got to know about this : https://www.pipedrive.com/en/blog/sales-funnel , however we need to have more details on this.
  4. How do you make sure you let each customer get his desired product/solution? For example a customer might be just looking for the best quality, but another looking for the best price.
