Smarter design options for the Chatbot playbook?

The chatbot is great!! Though I'd love to have more flexibility when designing the playbook, for example:

  • The option to drag and drop cards to change their order (the same goes for the web forms actually!)
  • The possibility to merge two/several lines, so that they continue in one line (right now the line can only be split into more lines)
  • The possibility to copy cards from one line and use in another (or save to use in other chatbots)
  • Emojis! :D
