Workflow Automation Assignment / ownership

Due to the limitation that emails are always sent from the address of the person that created the workflow it would be very convenient if it was possible to either assign a different users email address to that workflow for sending emails or transferring ownership of the automation to the account you wanted the emails to be sent from.
